This Circuit Breaker Lockout Tagout Center is made from .085 high impact polystyrene. It features a sturdy 5" x 4.75" x 2.25" pocket to hold the included locks, tags and circuit breaker lockouts. Also included will be foam mounting tape. The polystyrene board is marked "Circuit Breaker Lockout Center" and measures 10" x 7". Included in this station are:
- 5 Lockout Tags with fasteners
- Two (2) 1 3/4" padlocks
- 2 single pole breaker lockouts - recessed
- 2 single pole breaker lockouts - non-recessed
- 2 multipole breaker lockouts
