Fire-rated fall arrest lanyard with two snap hooks. Hook with shock pack connects to dorsal harness D-ring. Other end connects to anchor point. Elastic webbing.  External D-ring allows for SRL attachment to convert to dual-purpose unit. Works independently allowing for proper component functionality.
