National Marker Laminated Lockout Tags - 25/pack

For tags that withstand the toughest dirty and greasy conditions - look no further. These heavy duty laminate encases .015 unrippable vinyl tags. Each tags has a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet and measures 6" x 3 1/4". Nylon fasteners included - Sold in packs of 25 tags.

Two options available. Make your choice above. The front of the tag is the same on both. Wording on the back options includes either:

• Unauthorized removal of this lock/tag may result in immediate discharge
• Only the individual who signed the reverse side may remove this tag
