Description


Tyvek Lockout tag is made from a lightweight pressure-bonded fiber that is made to be rugged while withstanding moisture, chemicals and frequent handling. Abrasion and tear-resistant, this lockout tag measures 7" in diameter and features a 5/8" grommet. These are sold individually - image above shows front and back of tag.
