Pickup will be at the Northlake, IL location. Details will be provided in our confirmation email. Critical Tool's warehouse is in the LabSource building. Look for the LabSource sign (below) and pull into our parking lot. Your pickup will be waiting for you at the warehouse doors (below).

FAQ's

• Can I pay when I arrive? No — all orders must be prepaid or arranged in advance. We don’t have a checkout counter or cash register on site. 
• How will I know when my order is ready? Once you submit your request, a team member will confirm availability and contact you to schedule a pickup time. Please wait for confirmation before heading to the warehouse.
• How soon can I pick up? After payment, orders typically can be picked up within 1-2 hours.
• Are all items on your website available for pickup? We keep select high-demand items stocked at our Northlake warehouse, but inventory can change daily. That’s why we confirm every request before scheduling pickup. Northlake typically has stock on all American Health & Safety Brand Gloves, Safety Vests and Disposable Apparel.
• Can someone else pick up my order? Absolutely. Just include their name and phone number in your form or email so we can verify with them at pickup.
• What are your pickup hours? Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Can I browse or shop in person? No, our warehouse is not open for retail shopping.
  All pickups are pre-arranged and prepaid — but if you need help choosing products, we’re happy to help online or by phone.
• Is there a minimum order for pickup? Usually no, but some bulk or special-order items might not be stocked for pickup. We’ll let you know during confirmation.
• Can I bring my truck? Of course — our loading area can accommodate trucks and vans. 
• What if I need to cancel or change my pickup? No problem — just reply to your confirmation email or call us as soon as possible so we can adjust your order or pickup time.
